Example plan · Sam, Lamplight Dogs
A coach that knows your evenings.
Every Monday at 07:30 it asks three questions, then rewrites the week to fit the life you actually had. It never promises earnings and never makes you feel behind.
No plan in this browser yet, so you are seeing the Example plan. Answer the ten questions and this page becomes yours.
The Monday check-in
Three questions. Two minutes.
Tap an answer. The coach replies and changes next week. In this prototype the replies come from written rules, not a live AI, so you can see exactly what it would and would not say.
- It will never tell you what you will earn.
- It will never give tax or legal advice; it points to GOV.UK.
- It will never count a missed week against you.
Thirty days on one board.
Pink is done. Ink is booked. Paper is a night off. Tap a booked evening to tick it; it saves in this browser and matches the plan on your reveal page.
The wins jar.
Small wins count. Somebody replied. You published the page. You did twenty minutes when you were tired. Drop each one in; the coach reads the jar back to you on a bad Monday.
Stored only in this browser. The two slips already in the jar are labelled Example.
How the coach works.
For the buyer: a weekly job that costs pennies to run. Each step below is how the paid version is designed; none of it is live in this prototype.
- 01
Read
Your plan, last week’s ticks, your tally and your three answers.
- 02
Draft
A language model drafts a short reply and next week’s plan, inside a written brief.
- 03
Check
Plain rules strip any earnings claim, tax advice or guilt. If a rule trips, a template reply goes instead.
- 04
Send
Monday 07:30, by email or web push. Replies of “stuck” flag the account for a human look.
Keep your coach for £19 a month.
Or £149 a year. Cancel any time. This is a prototype, so nothing is charged and no account is made.
