Privacy, data & terms

The plain-English bit.

Draft wording for a new business. The owner will have it checked before the first client.

This website

The free pack maker runs entirely in your browser. What you type is not sent to us or anyone else, and is gone when you close the page. Downloads are made on your device.

There are no trackers, analytics or advertising cookies. If you turn sound on, we remember that choice in your browser's local storage; nothing else is stored.

Client work

For clients, Packday acts as a data processor for your brand assets and any photos you share, under a written agreement that meets UK GDPR Article 28. We keep them only as long as you're a client, plus 30 days, then delete them.

We never ask for or hold your customers' personal data, and we never log in to your ad accounts.

Who owns the cards

You get every right we hold in the finished cards, in writing. We only use AI tools whose terms allow commercial use. Your logo, photos and brand stay yours.

Terms

  • £99 set-up, then monthly, with 30 days' notice to stop.
  • Prices are proposed starting prices. Packday is not VAT-registered yet.
  • No promises of clicks, sales or results.
  • We'll turn down briefs we can't make lawfully, such as weight-loss, gambling, crypto or credit ads.

Email and adverts

We don't send cold email or texts to sole traders or partnerships (PECR). Pack Notes, if it launches, is opt-in with an unsubscribe link in every issue. Any sponsor is marked "Sponsored" and checked against the CAP Code.

Contact

Packday is a demo for a business that hasn't launched, so there's no contact address yet.
