From brief to Pack Day.

A small team of AI robots drafts every card. A person checks every one before it reaches you. Here is the month, the rules we keep and where our numbers come from.

Packday is new. The robots below are set up and ready to switch on, not running yet, and there are no clients or results to show.

A month

Six steps, every pack.

Your part takes about two minutes a month after set-up: tell us what's changed, then approve the pack.

  1. BriefOnce at set-up, then a short update each month: what you're selling, any offer, anything that's changed.
  2. AnglesCompass picks three to eight ideas that are truly different, because platforms like Meta group look-alike ads together.
  3. DraftsHook writes the words. Gloss lays out the statics and carousels. Flicker writes the video scripts and storyboards.
  4. The SleeveEvery claim checked against the CAP Code and the rights to every image checked, by a robot that answers to the owner, then by a person.
  5. Test planTally writes what each card is up against, what to watch and which week to run it. One change at a time.
  6. Pack DayBinder files the pack in your library, ready to upload to wherever you run ads. Send us your numbers and the next pack builds on them.

Rules

What we always do, and never do.

These are in every client agreement and every robot's instructions.

  • No guarantees of clicks, sales or results. Test plans say what to watch, never what will happen.
  • We make the creative; we never buy media, hold ad budgets or log in to clients' ad accounts.
  • AI drafts; a person checks every card before Pack Day (the Sleeve check).
  • Every card follows the CAP Code: objective claims need evidence (3.7); no 'best' or 'No. 1' without proof; clear terms on any 'free' offer.
  • No fake reviews, testimonials, star ratings, 'customer' quotes or UGC-style actors pretending to be customers (DMCC Act 2024).
  • No deepfakes, no real person's likeness and no AI people implying an endorsement.
  • Product images show the real product. AI is used for backgrounds and layouts, never to make a product look better than it is.
  • Only AI tools whose terms allow commercial use; the client gets whatever rights we hold in the finished cards, in writing.
  • No ads for gambling, crypto, credit, weight loss or health claims; alcohol only with an age-check plan from the client.
  • No cold email or texts to sole traders or partnerships (PECR). Delivery notes are service messages and never carry adverts.
  • We act as data processor for client assets and any customer photos, under a written agreement (UK GDPR Art. 28).
  • The business is new: no clients, reviews or results yet, and none are made up. The AI staff are set up and ready to switch on, not already running.

Ownership

Who owns the cards?

You do, as far as anyone can. UK law on who owns AI-made work is still being settled, so our agreement passes you every right we hold in the finished cards, in writing, and we only use AI tools whose terms allow commercial use. Your photos, logo and brand stay yours throughout.

The owner will confirm the wording with a solicitor before the first client.
