Questions
Good questions
What kind of recordings work?
Anything where people talk: webinars, Zoom workshops, podcast episodes, conference talks, YouTube explainers, Instagram or Facebook lives. Twenty minutes or more works best. It must be yours, or licensed to you.
Can you clip someone else's podcast or a TV show?
No. We only clip content you own or hold a licence for. If your own show has a guest, we need their written OK (we give you a simple form).
Do you post for me?
On Close Look and Full Sheet we draft a posting plan and, once you approve each clip, schedule it through each platform's official tools or your own scheduler. On TikTok we hand clips over for you to post until our app passes TikTok's audit.
Will you add trending music?
No, and you probably shouldn't either. Business accounts can only use each platform's commercial music library. If you want music, add it in the app from that library when you post.
Is it all AI?
The finding, cutting, captioning and drafting is done by AI bots. A person checks every clip, its captions and its hook before you see it, and you approve every post.
What happens to my recordings?
They're used only to make your clips, kept in the UK or EU, and deleted 90 days after delivery. Your clips and caption files are yours.
