Do your prices include VAT?
Ditchlist is a new business and is not VAT registered yet, so there is no VAT to add today. If that changes we'll tell you before you book.
Why don't you resell the Grok Bot seats?
So you own your account, your data and your bill. You can cancel us any time and keep every Bot we fitted.
What can push my X bill up?
Grok Bot usage comes from a weekly pool shared with Grok. Busy Bots can use more; extra usage is prepaid. We set a spending limit with you and, on the Team fitting, a usage-watch routine that tells you each week.
Can I add a Bot later?
Yes. An extra template fitted to your setup is £150, tested the same way. Care plus includes one new skill or routine each quarter.
