Who we are

Ditchlist is a new, independent Grok Bot setup service for small UK teams. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of xAI, X Corp or Cursor. Grok is a trade mark of its owner. Company details will be listed here before launch.

Your details

• The ditch list tool runs in your browser. Your answers are kept in your browser's own storage so you can come back to them. They are not sent to us. Clear them any time by clearing site data.
• If you ask for a call, we use your name, work email and ditch list only to reply and to quote. Lawful basis: steps you asked us to take before a contract.
• We keep enquiry details for 12 months, client records for 6 years (for tax), then delete them.
• You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by email. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
• No tracking cookies and no analytics on this demo site.

How we build

• We build and test on example data in our own workshop account. We never need your passwords.
• At handover you connect your own apps under your own login. Your Bots, data and Grok Bot bill stay yours.
• Before we share any template link with you, we remove anything private from it, then check it twice.
• Every Bot starts on drafts, not sends. You decide if and when to change that. You stay responsible for what your Bots do once they are switched on, so we keep risky actions behind approvals.

Payment

• Fixed price, agreed in writing after the call. Half to book, half when your Bots pass the acceptance tests you signed.
• If a Bot fails an agreed test and we can't fix it, you don't pay the second half for that fitting.
• Care plans are monthly and can be cancelled any month.
• Grok Bot seats and any extra usage are billed to you by X, not by us.

Marketing

We don't buy lists. If we ever email a business we haven't spoken to, it will be a work address, it will say who we are, and it will have a one-click way to say no. We follow UK PECR and UK GDPR.

Advertising

Ditchlist plans one free monthly email, The Ditch Sheet, and one sponsor spot on the shelf page. It is not running yet.

• Every ad says Sponsored, clearly, and follows the UK CAP Code. Sponsors never buy a place on the shelf or in a Bot plan.
• The Ditch Sheet is opt-in only, with a one-click unsubscribe in every issue. Asking for a call or making a ditch list never signs you up.
• Advertisers get totals only (emails sent, link clicks). We never pass them your details, and the email has no tracking pixels.
• Ads never appear in quotes, setup plans, your Bots, care notes or invoices. More on the Advertise with us page.
