Will a Bot send emails to my customers?
Not unless you change it. Every Bot we fit starts on drafts, not sends: it writes the reply and you press send. Grok Bot also has approvals for risky actions; we set those on.
What do I pay X, and what do I pay you?
You buy your own seat from X: Grok Bot is included on The X Subscription Premium ($30 a month), Super and Ultra. You pay us once for the fitting, and monthly only if you choose a care plan.
You're new. Why trust you?
You shouldn't take our word for it. So: fixed price agreed in writing, every Bot tested on example data while you watch, nothing switched on until you sign the test sheet, and your apps connected under your own login.
Where does my data live?
In your own Grok Bot account and your own apps. We build on example data, never yours. Today Grok Bot runs on US-hosted cloud computers; we'll talk that through on the call if it matters for your clients.
